TVEHA

Turnagain View Estates Homeowners Association (TVEHA) was incorporated in 1994 with 161 homes built, most of these between 1995 and 1999. The last 25 homes were constructed between 2005 and 2010.

We are located about 1 mile east of the New Seward Highway in South Anchorage, and just minutes from the Huffman business area which has grocery stores, hardware, restaurants, banks, medical offices, and a post office.

Our neighborhood is minutes from the local elementary, middle, and high schools.

Our residents take pride in their homes, which is reflected in the appearance of the neighborhood. It is a nice place to live, grow up, and raise your kids.

Neighborhood Garage Sale
Saturday, June 5th, 2010 : 9:00am - 4:00pm
There will be a neighborhood wide garage sale on June 5th from 9am to 4pm. Participation is voluntary. So set up shop in your driveway and turn your unused items into cash or take this chance to shop for that special treasure you have been looking for.

Neighborhood Clean Up Day
Saturday, May 1st, 2010 : 10am - 2pm
Join your neighbors as we clean up our yards and streets, and remove the many "surprises" that have been under the snow all winter.
Free dumping at Solid Waste Services during Citywide cleanup week (specific dates to be announced).
