Welcome to Turnagain View Estates
Turnagain View Estates Homeowners Association (TVEHA) was incorporated in 1994 with 161 homes built,
most of these between 1995 and 1999. The last 25 homes were constructed between 2005 and 2010.
We are located about 1 mile east of the New Seward Highway in South Anchorage, and
just minutes from the Huffman business area which has grocery stores,
hardware, restaurants, banks, medical offices, and a post office.
Our neighborhood is minutes from the local elementary, middle, and high schools.
Our residents take pride in their homes, which is reflected in the appearance of the neighborhood. It is a nice place to live, grow up, and raise your kids.
News:
Municipality and ASD agree to void all site plan reviews in regard to the
proposed baseball and football stadiums. They can reapply but only through
the Planning and Zoning Commission. Please see
Stipulation to Dismiss and [Proposed] Order (4 May 2012) for details.
The Anchorage Chamber's Citywide Cleanup Week has been moved two weeks ahead and will now be held from May 12-19 due to the heavy snowfall last winter.
This moves Neighborhood Cleanup day to May 12th (was April 28th).

Draft amended and restated bylaws have been posted with the Board Meeting minutes
from the January 22, 2012 board meeting.

Upcoming Events:
Neighborhood Cleanup day is May 12th April 28th. Please take the opportunity to clean up the street around your home.
The dump will be free from May 12-19.
Past Events:
There will be a neighborhood wide garage sale on May 12th from 9am to 3pm. Participation is voluntary.
So set up shop in your driveway and turn your unused items into cash or take this chance to shop for
that special treasure you have been looking for.
Homeowner Annual Meeting is scheduled for January 23rd at 7:00pm,
and will be held at Rabbit Creek Elementary School Library.
